The wireless video studio
It is a new concept of very light and wireless studio for lightweight camcorders.
Each wireless channel of the Studio In a Box has a range of up to 500 meters (free field) :
- All the camcorders menus accessible by infrared,
- Zoom, focus and iris (only Panasonic),
- “HV3-W” motorized head for camcorder under 5 kilos,
or a miniature head "HV1-W" for camcorder under 500 grams.
Using the new W-Video Transmitter & Receiver pair, composite video from each camcorder can be sent up to 100 Meters by wireless (free field) or by wire. In addition, images recorded to each camcorder’s drive allows for High Definition post production.
The “W-Tally”, transmitter /receiver pair, can transmit wirelessly up to 500 meters (free field) to each camcorder. It controls up to 4 configurable on-battery tally lights.
Exemple of configuration:
A video recording of concert with 4 camcorders such as a 3HPX 171 and a Sony miniature camcorder :
- a HPX171 on a Coolcam crane,
- a HPX171 on a HV3-W motorized head,
- a on-shoulder HPX171
- a Sony miniature camcorder on the HV1-W motorized head with the remote.
From the console 4C24 you can do for all camcorders the balance of whites, control zoom, focus and iris if necessary, operate the 2 motorized heads and the Coolcam head, and control the recording on all camcorders.
Each camcorder can broadcast a composite video to the production control room with our W-Video transmitter and can also receive an on air tally by our W-Tally.
